David Père & Cécile Terret often gave courses in prestigious French universities. They teached before the students of the MBA / Master 2 Droit des Affaires et Management of the Paris Assas University in the frame of a training module regarding the fight against corruption on 25th May, 2021. They have also given courses to the students of the Anti-corruption, vigilance and data protection compliance certificate from the Paris Dauphine University in May 2021.

Cécile Terret has extensive experience in anti-corruption matters. She examines the anti-corruption policies and programs of French companies and their foreign subsidiaries, as well as the European activities of international groups in the defense, aeronautics and retail sectors, well before these procedures were made mandatory by the Sapin II law. Cécile also conducts internal investigations for these groups, concerning allegations or suspicions of corruption.
Cécile also handles civil and commercial litigation for French and foreign companies, as well as criminal business law cases. Finally, Cécile regularly advises European and American clients on trade and economic sanctions, export controls and anti-money laundering.
