We represent clients in complex cross-border disputes in all major forums – including international arbitration, litigation, adjudication and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Our in-house advocacy, expert integration, funding solutions and strategic foresight position us as a market leader in the resolution of contentious matters, however complex.

We have developed a suite of financial and insurance product solutions to support our clients in funding large-scale disputes – including third-party funding, off-balance-sheet solutions and portfolio-based arrangements where appropriate.

We’ve acted in more than 20 healthcare PFI disputes and advised on the high-profile termination of one of Europe’s largest waste PFI schemes. Our focus is always on preserving value, de-risking outcomes and achieving resolution with minimal disruption to the underlying asset.
