• Advising BDO as administrators of Culimeta-Saveguard Limited
• Advising  Tameside and Glossop NHS Foundation Trust as objecting creditor in the first proposed Restructuring Plan (RP) in the Private Finance Initiative arena and achieving the first security for costs award in an RP
• Advising Interpath as Administrators of the Communisis group 
• Advising Alvarez & Marsal as Administrators of a national Steel group Aartee Bright Bar and the sale of the business and assets of a number of group companies
• Acting for Teneo as administrators of Black Sheep Brewery
• Advising an online clothing retailer on the purchase of two high street clothing brands from administrators
• Advising International Leisure Brands Limited on their purchase of the business and assets of two golf clothing and accessories suppliers
• Advising Endless LLP on their purchase of the business and assets of American Golf Discount Centre Limited
• Advising FRP as Administrators of Barrington Sports
• Advising significant blue chip of a solvent restructure of a number of its group companies
• Advising lenders as to their security and the restructuring of debt and the appointment of administrators and receivers
