Our last Build to Rent Report, Funding Britain's Rental Revolution, was published in 2015 and we thought it was time for an update. A lot has happened in 4 years and the new report considers how the BTR market have evolved: we discuss the new emphasis on service delivery, how developments are getting funded and how the planning system finally recognises that BTR is different from build for sale.
