Judith Donnelly has over 20 years' experience of advising pension funds, sovereign funds and other institutional investors on all aspects of investment law.  She advises on the terms of investment management agreements, custody agreements, ISDAs, transition management agreements and fiduciary management agreements.

Judith has particular expertise in advising on the terms of investment funds across the globe, including funds domiciled in the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Delaware, France, Guernsey, Ireland, Jersey, Luxembourg, Maryland, the Netherlands, New South Wales, New York and Scotland.  She also advises on co-investments, secondary investments and the structuring of investor-led platforms.

Her clients include the Pension Protection Fund, the statutory insurance company for insolvent pension schemes in the UK, and four of the eight pooling entities set up to invest the assets of the £342 billion Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
