Canelle is part of Addleshaw Goddard's Commercial Disputes team and is based in Paris. She previously spent around eight years in the firm's London office. She has experience of a range of international and cross border disputes, including both complex litigation and commercial and investment treaty arbitration.
Canelle works for private companies and public organisations mainly in the energy, oil & gas and transports & logistics sectors. She has particular expertise in disputes concerning joint ventures and issues of director and/or shareholder misconduct.
Canelle is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and an avocat at the Paris Bar. She is a native French speaker and speaks both Italian and Spanish to a high level. She was featured in the Legal 500 Arbitration Powerlist (France) for 2023.
Canelle completed a year-long secondment in the commercial disputes team in Addleshaw Goddard's Hong Kong office in 2017-18.
