Carly is a Partner in the corporate team advising businesses, managers, investors and legal teams on a range of strategic transactions and day-to-day legal solutions. She has particular expertise in UK and international mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
Carly has a keen interest in the digital sector and also supports a number of clients in the industrials and manufacturing sector.
Carly's recent transactions include, advising:
- Founders of 6point6, a cyber-security business, on the investment from Intermediate Capital Group plc (IGC) and ultimate exit to Accenture
- Start-up companies Zally (biometric authentication), WAC (worker hour tracking app) and Ryde (boutique spin studio)
- BGF on its exit and reinvestment in Operam Education Group, an education resourcing business which provides temporary teaching and support staff to schools across the UK
- Founder and management of Tevalis, leisure and hospitality EPOS solutions provider, on investment from BGF
- Lesjofors, Swedish-listed, global manufacturer on strategic acquisition in the UK
- Equisoft Inc., an international insurance and investment software solutions company, on its acquisition of Altus
- Founders of Citihub, a digital consulting service company in the financial services sector, on the sale to Synechron, Inc.
- Management of CMSPI, a payment solutions company, on its investment from Inflexion.
