Rachael is Counsel in the Dubai corporate team and has experience advising large corporates, financial institutions, private equity houses and PLCs on a variety of corporate transactions, including MBOs, minority and majority investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, joint ventures and disposals, including specific experience in the financial services and retail and consumer space. Rachael has spent time on secondment at BT Plc and PZ Cussons. Prior to joining the Dubai team, Rachael worked in the AG Manchester office for several years.
