Lukas Riedinger

EXPERTISE 

Lukas is a managing associate in the Disputes Group of Addleshaw Goddard’s German office. He advises and represents clients in complex national and international disputes before state courts and arbitral tribunals.

Lukas specialises in assisting clients in complex civil law disputes, in particular in the areas of commercial and corporate law, banking and capital markets law, civil construction law as well as antitrust law.

In close cooperation with colleagues specialising in white-collar criminal law, Lukas also assists clients in comprehensive internal compliance investigations and represents them in enforcing or defending claims arising from violations.

Lukas also specialises in public law. He advises and represents clients in administrative proceedings and disputes before national and European courts. He also advises clients on public law and regulatory issues in corporate transactions and restructurings.
