Catherine advises on a broad range of real estate transactions for privately owned development companies/entrepreneurs to PLCs and household names acting for developers, investors funders and end users on complex mixed-use developments.
She has particular experience acting for all stakeholders in residential development schemes and is an expert in structuring and delivering forward funding transactions.
