Enrique is a Senior Associate based in Spain. He is a lawyer with 9 years of experience in Corporate/M&A and Investment Funds, specialising in national and international transactions. Currently, Enrique focuses on advising national and international players on fund structuring, negotiations with GPs/LPs (e.g., institutional investors, family offices, etc.) negotiation of investment agreements, co-investments, secondary transactions, advisory agreements and all types of commercial agreements typical of this unique sector. Enrique also has experience in structuring opportunity funds and continuation funds, as well as advising search funds. Enrique also provides regulatory advice to regulated entities in Spain.
Enrique is also an associate professor at ESADE Business School.
