Specific experience includes advising:
- National Wealth Fund, as principal lender, on the debt financing of up to £36.55bn for the delivery of the 3,200 MW Sizewell C nuclear power project in the UK
- Peel L&P Developments Limited on grant funding arrangements of c. £55m to enable the regeneration of the Central Docks neighbourhood in Liverpool, including the delivery of social housing and community space
- a nationally regulated government entity with responsibility for national infrastructure on commercial arrangements related to its functions, including a template framework agreement for services and a services agreement with a value of c. £2m
- Department for Transport teams on in-life contract management legal work in respect of contracts with train operators.
