Neil Bourke

EXPERTISE 

Neil is a partner in our Real Estate Group in Ireland having joined the firm in January 2022. Neil has wide-ranging experience across all areas of commercial real estate including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development and property backed financing arrangements. He has particular expertise in commercial leasing matters and in recent times has worked on some of the most significant commercial lettings in Ireland.   

Neil advises a broad range of clients, including property funds, investors in PRS/BTR schemes, financial institutions, developers, care home providers, multinational landlords and tenants, and he regularly provides support to the firm’s Finance and Corporate Groups.  

Prior to joining the firm, Neil spent 9 years working in the Real Estate department of a leading Irish law firm.

EXPERIENCE 

Recent and on-going experience includes advising: 

• US tech giant, Salesforce, on the lease of its new purpose-built, leading-edge campus, Salesforce Tower Dublin, located in the heart of Dublin’s “Silicon Docks”. The campus spans approximately 450,000 sq.ft and represents the single largest office letting in the history of Ireland; 
• AXA Real Estate Investment Managers on its acquisition through a 50/50 joint venture with Kennedy Wilson of a portfolio of PRS units in Dublin with a combined total value of over €230m; 
• Marlet Property Group (one of the leading developers in Ireland) in relation to several prominent developments in Dublin, including PRS, Student Accommodation and Commercial Offices;  
• Hines on the forward purchase of a significant PRS development located in South Dublin; and 
• A leading Irish developer on the development and financing of a 200,000 sq.ft high-rise office scheme located in the Dublin docklands.
