- Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. in respect of multicurrency term and revolving facilities provided to an Irish leading global manufacturer and distributor of animal health products with various subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions in Europe, the U.S. and Africa.
- Bank of Ireland in respect of various development facilities (in the aggregate amount of €40,000,000) provided to an Irish developer for the purpose of developing in excess of 350 residential units across various sites in Dublin and Limerick.
- Home Building Finance Ireland in respect of development facilities provided to an Irish developer to fund the development of 203 housing units at Avourwen, Drogheda, County Meath which are to be sold on the private market.
- DunPort Captial in respect of acquisition facilities provided to Schivo Medical for the purpose of acquiring APN Inc.
- Activate Capital in respect of development facilities provided to an Irish developer for the purpose of developing 203 residential units in Kiltiernan, Dublin.
