Charles has significant and recognised expertise in banking and finance and is mainly involved in acquisition finance, leveraged finance and syndicated finance transactions, as well as real estate finance, bond issues and private placements. He advises a wide range of French and international clients, including financial institutions, investment funds and companies.
Charles was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017 and is fluent in French and English.
