Recent examples of Elly's experience include:
- Pension Insurance Corporation - on a range of transactions including the acquisition of Hawks Road, Kingston for the development of an affordable housing scheme, development of BTR at One Eastside, Birmingham for £160m and funding of student accommodation with London School of Economics in London for £129m. Also advised on the property management agreements for their operational schemes.
- HUB Residential - acquisition, restructuring of land interest, development and forward funding of developments including 256 unit scheme in Wembley, London and 951 unit schemes Latitude Blue and Purple, Leeds.
- King's Cross Central Limited Partnership (an Argent company) - advising the developer in respect of their tender and subsequent procurement, design, construction and operation of the regeneration of the 5 acre St Pancras Hospital London site to include healthcare, work space, living space and leisure activities.
- University Partnerships Programme – advising in relation to the partnering, construction and facilities management arrangements in the context of new student accommodation schemes including at the University of London, and University of Exeter and ad hoc operational issues. Also dealt with the letting of their London headquarters.
- UCB Pharmaceuticals - on the acquisition of their new UK headquarter campus and regearing of existing leases while the campus is developed ahead of their move to it.
- Land Improvement Holdings – advising LIH (as co-investor and land-owner) on a phased development in joint venture with Taylor Wimpey, of at least 350 new homes on rural land and ensuring that the viability of development of the retained land was not compromised by future proofing the scheme.
- Aviva Investors – acting on student accommodation investments including income strip funding construction of 700 new rooms and a student hub and refurbishment of 297 rooms at Staffordshire University and the forward funding of 70 townhouse apartments to be operated by the University of Lincoln.
- Various – Buying and selling properties and property management work for clients on their portfolios including lettings, surrenders, reversionary leases, licences etc.
