EXPERTISE
Ben is an experienced corporate lawyer with particular expertise in transactions involving Private Equity. He regularly advises private equity sponsors, PE-backed companies, founders and management teams on the various stages of the investment cycle from initial investment, execution of buy-and build strategies, through to exit. He also regularly advises private companies and shareholders on general M&A, shareholder matters and corporate governance. Ben works closely with our European offices on cross-border M&A and business development, with particular focus on Madrid and Paris.

- Advising the founders and executive team of energy transition and utilities contractor OCU Group on the sale to Triton Partners and related reinvestment
- Advising OCU Group on a series of bolt-on acquisitions under private equity ownership, including the acquisition of renewable energy contractor R J McLeod
- Advising Hansa and the management shareholders of Zelus Sport on their sale to Sullivan Street Partners
- Advising NorthEdge Capital on its investment in occupational health business Latus Group
- Advising European investment firm Saga Alliance on its investment into collectibles retailer Heathside
