EXPERTISE
Ben is an experienced corporate lawyer with particular expertise in transactions involving Private Equity. He regularly advises private equity sponsors, PE-backed companies, founders and management teams on the various stages of the investment cycle from initial investment, execution of buy-and build strategies, through to exit. He also regularly advises private companies and shareholders on general M&A, shareholder matters and corporate governance. Ben works closely with our European offices on cross-border M&A and business development, with particular focus on Madrid and Paris.
