Alfredo Guerrero is a partner and head of Litigation and Insolvency in the Madrid office. He is a trial lawyer with circa 30 years of experience who specialises in the fields of Company, Civil, Criminal and Insolvency Law. He is also an expert in arbitration and mediation.

He has been responsible for countless legal proceedings throughout his professional career, providing legal advice in all stages of the law process at Investigative Courts, Courts of First Instance, Company Courts, Contentious-Administrative Courts, Provincial Court of Appeals, National Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court, the Economic-Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court.
