- advising Synova portfolio company AllClear on its acquisition of the InsureandGo;
- advising Charnwood Molecular on its acquisition of Aurelia Bioscience;
- advising Phenna Group on its acquisition of The IASME Consortium;
- advising Lucion Group (a Palatine backed portfolio company) with its bolt-on acquisitions of Aberdeen Protection Services Limited, Landform Surveys Limited, Ground Engineering Limited and Midland Survey Limited;
- advising Aberdeen City Council in respect of a joint venture agreement with bp to deliver a green hydrogen production, storage and distribution facility;
- advising Waldorf Group on their company re-organisation and group structure;
- advising AAH/Aurelius on the disposal of the Lloyds Pharmacy portfolio of pharmacies across Scotland and England
- advising D2Zero Group on their acquisitions of OSL Consulting Engineers Limited and Kelton Engineering Limited
