Caera is a Managing Associate in Addleshaw Goddard's corporate team in Leeds. She has a particular focus on advising owner managed businesses and private equity transactions, but has a broad range of experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate matters across a range of different sectors, including digital, financial services, retail and consumer and manufacturing.

Experience

Caera's experience includes:

Advised the management team of JMG Group on the equity investment from Synova and GTCR.
Advised Inflexion on their investment into the Cutwel Group, a specialist cutting tool distributor.
Advised LDC on their investment into the Boston Energy Group, a provider of technical services and technical training to the wind industry.
Advised the shareholders of the Dewhirst Group on a debt funded MBO.
Advised the shareholders of The 55 Group on the sale to LDC and their subsequent re-investment into the group.
Advised Torbay and South Devon Trust (an NHS trust) on pre-sale hive down and subsequent sale to NorthEdge Capital.
