Expertise
Claire is an Associate in the Real Estate team in Dublin. Her experience includes commercial and residential developments, acquisitions and disposals. She also handles leasing matters with a particular focus on the retail sector, and property aspects of corporate transactions. Her transactional experience spans both large-scale projects involving various legal teams and third parties, as well as smaller deals.
Claire has been with the firm since 2018, initially assisting in Real Estate before qualifying as a solicitor in early 2025.
