RECENT HIGHLIGHTS
- World Bank: Working with the World Bank's PPIAF (Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility) COVID-19 Rapid Response team, advising governments and providing legal assistance on PPP contracts and specific sectors affected by COVID-19.
- Ministry of Defence: Advising MOD on the £5.2 billion Future Maritime Support Programme. The project procured engineering and support services (hard and soft FM) across naval bases in the UK to support the Royal Navy’s capabilities, including the new aircraft carriers and submarines.
- HMP Thameside PPP Project: Advising on the first refinancing of a prison's PFI project, with a £140 million public bond issued on the Irish Stock Exchange.
- A465: Advising a bidder on the £500 million A465 PPP project to design, build, finance and maintain 17km of road, including new bridges and junctions. The project was procured under the Welsh mutual investment model, an off balance sheet PPP structure.
- Social Housing Ireland: Advising a consortium on the €300 million PPP program to design, build, finance and operate new social housing developments in Ireland. The first bundle delivered 534 units across six sites around Dublin.
