- advising both contracting authorities and bidder clients in relation to public procurement challenges, in particular in the transport and health sectors, most recently advising High Speed Two Limited in its defence to a £1.2 billion procurement dispute under The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 for the construction of Old Oak Common Station on the HS2 line. - advising a leading supplier of ambulances in the UK and across Europe in relation to a public law challenge, including advising on the risks of and procedure for bringing a judicial review challenge
