Emma is a real estate practitioner with over 12 years' experience having worked on a significant number of leasing, investment acquisition / disposal and financing/refinancing transactions as well as portfolio asset management matters (industrial, retail and hospitality) with clients operating within the real estate, health and the retail & consumer sectors.

In recent years, Emma has broadened her practice in supporting several clients within the energy & utilities sector and has experience acting for all key stakeholders (landowners; operators and funders) including title due diligence, land optioneering and funding of onshore renewables projects (primarily wind, BESS and solar).

Emma works with both UK and overseas investors / developers, UK corporate occupiers, institutional lenders / funds and private equity investors.
