Sharon is a corporate Partner in the London office of Addleshaw Goddard. Sharon has extensive experience in private equity transactions, private M&A and joint ventures, acting for private equity sponsors and other financial investors globally. She advises on a broad range of corporate law matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A, disposals, leveraged buyouts, advisory work and portfolio company management.

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, she was a partner in the private equity group at Kirkland and Ellis.
