James is Counsel in the Dubai corporate practice and has experience advising corporates, financial institutions and private equity houses on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, joint ventures and disposals, including specific experience in the retail and consumer space. James also has experience in running multiple bolt-on acquisition programmes for large corporates with a focus on high volume, lower value acquisition processes. Prior to joining the Dubai team, James worked in the AG Leeds office for several years.
