Tom is a Managing Associate in the Infrastructure Projects & Energy team, based in London. He specialises in M&A and project development and advises on complex domestic and cross border energy and infrastructure projects.

Tom is the lead Managing Associate in the Ports & Terminals group at Addleshaw Goddard, and has extensive experience of advising port operators on port projects across the world.

Tom also has particular experience in sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Tom worked as a Legal Counsel at InfraCo Africa, an Africa-focused development finance institution, advising on a range of early-stage energy and infrastructure projects across the continent.

Red Sea Gateway Terminal on the negotiation of a concession agreement with the Chittagong Port Authority for the equipping, operation and maintenance of a port terminal in Chittagong, Bangladesh.
QTerminals on the acquisition of a majority stake in Kramer Holding B.V., a provider of integrated logistics and container services located in the Port of Rotterdam.
A private-equity backed joint venture project company on the development and ECA-backed financing of the Atuabo 300 mmscf/d gas processing project in Ghana.
InfraCo Africa on the development of the East Africa Marine Transport project, a scheduled roll-on/roll-off freight transport service across Lake Victoria.
InfraCo Africa on its Development Funding Agreement with the developers of Bumbuna II, a 143 MW hydropower project under development in Sierra Leone.
Virunga Power Holdings on the development cost, and corporate joint venture, arrangement for the development of two hydropower projects in Burundi.
DP World on various logistics joint ventures in sub-Saharan Africa and Asia.
A confidential client on the negotiation of a $350m technical services contract with a West African national oil company in relation to the operation of an offshore block.
