- InfraVia Capital Partners: advising on the IP and TMT aspects of the acquisition of 50% of Polski Światłowód Otwarty from PLAY Group for PLN 1.8bn and on the IP and TMT aspects of the acquisition of 50% stake in OPCORE alongside iliad Group, a partnership aimed at creating a major independent European hyperscale data center platform (JV value of EUR 860m).*
- DP World: advising on the legal implications of a cyberattack, including communication with the Polish supervisory authorities.*
